Peppy Paneer Pizza and Pizza Base in Microwave/Kadhai

 





Ingredients 

milk - ½ cup

Sugar - 2 tsp 

Yeast - ¼ tsp 

Maida - 2 cups 

Garlic powder - ½ tsp 

Salt - 1 tsp

Butter - 1 tbsp

Oregano - 1tsp

Oil - 1 tbsp

Red Chilly Flakes - 1tsp

Black Pepper: 1/4th tsp

Pizza sauce - 1 tbsp

Corn Meal for dusting

High-hipped Platter(Paraat)


For Toppings:

(You can use toppings of your own choice)

Capsicum - 1 (Green/red/yellow)

Olives - sliced(12-15)

Paneer Cubes - 50gms (diced in square)

Onion - 1medium( chopped in square shape)

Tomato(Optional)

Cheese - 1 cup (mozzarella + cheddar)


Butter Mix

Take Butter melt it. Add Oregano, red chilly flakes and some garlic powder. Mix well


For Making Dough

Take Luke warm milk in a bowl. Add sugar, yeast and salt in it. Stir a little. And rest it for 10mints.

Now take Maida/plain flour in a High-hipped Platter. Add slowly Luke warm milk mixture, make a soft dough after continues kneading for about 10-15 mints. While kneading you can sprinkle dry Maida and add some oil to create gluten. You will observe the dough has started leaving the High-hipped Platter.

Take one bowl. Apply some oil on top of dough. Keep aside for 1hr. It will get doubled in size. Check the dough once you put finger on it, it will bounce back.

Pizza 

After 1hr take the dough. Kneed a little not much. Dust some Corn Meal on it. 

Take nonstick pan without handle. Grease with Butter Mix. Take the dough. Make round base using rolling pin or your hand. And put it on pan. Make sure its thick on the round edge.

Take Fork and poke holes on it. Apply pizza sauce. Spread Cheese All over. Put all the toppings of your own choice.

Take brush and dust the base with butter mix and pepper all over. And Bake it.

For Microwave:

Convection mode - preheat oven in 250 degree C for 3-4 mints. Put the pizza pan for 25mints on convection Mode only. Serve Hot

For Kadhai

Heat the Kadhai. Add 250gm salt. Add separator like steel bowl or cookie cutter for max height of 2"- 3". Preheat for 4-5mints in high flame. Place the pan on top of separator. Close the lid. Bake for 15 mints. Serve Hot
