Paneer Tikka On Gas Stove With Mint Chutney
Ingredients Quantity
Butter 2-3 Tbsp (Otional You can use Mustard Oil to make it more healthy)
Mustard Oil 2-3 Tbsp
Ajwain 1 Tsp
Gram Flour 2 Tbsp
Turmeric Powder ½ Tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Tbsp
Coriander Powder 1 Tbsp
Garam Masala Powder 1 Tsp
Red Chilli Powder 2 Tsp
Black Pepper Powder ½ Tsp
Kasuri Methi 1 Tbsp
Curd 3-4 Tbsp
Salt To Taste
Panner 250 Gms
Capsicum Cut Into Cubes 1 (Any Color Green/Red/Yellow)
Onion Cut Into Cubes 1 Medium
Tomato Cut Into Cubes 1
Lemon Juice ½ -1 tsp
Onion Rings
Lemon Wedge
Chaat Masala
Papad/Roti stainless steel roaster
Method
- Heat 2-3 tbsp butter in a pan and add ajwain seeds and saute for 1 min
- Add gram flour and sauté for 1-2 min in low heat or until gram flour give nutty aroma
- Remove from heat and add turmeric powder and mix well
- Remove in a mixing bowl
- Add ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, garam masala powder, Kasuri Methi, salt and mix well
- Heat 2 tbsp of mustard oil switch off the flame, add red chilli powder mix well add to the marinated mixture. Keep the mixture aside
- Take a block of paneer and cut into cubes
- Add the paneer cubes, onion, tomato, capsicum cubes into the mixture
- Gently mix well to coat paneer and vegetables with the marinate.
- Take some skewers and skewer paneer, onion, capsicum,
tomato cubes - You can use 2 gas stand and place roti/ chapati roaster on
stand and place paneer tikka skewers - Grill panner tikka well from all sides
- In a serving plate arrange, onion rings, lemon wedge,and green chilli.
- Transfer paneer tikka on the serving plate
- Sprinkle red chilli powder and chaat masala and serve immediately
Mint Chutney For Paneer Tikka
Ingredients:
1 Cup mint leaves(1 small bunch)
1/2 Cup Coriander Leaves
3 to 4 green chillies
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
1 tsp lemon juice
1 Cup of thick yoghurt
Salt to taste
Method
Mix all the ingredients in the grinder except Yogurt.
Grind till smooth. Empty the Chutney in a Container and add yogurt.
Mix well
Serve
