Quick Groundnut Chutney



Ingredients 

Roasted Groundnut: 1 cup

Cloves of Garlic:    3 - 4

Water :    1/4th Cup

Salt to taste

Seasoning

Oil:     1Tsp

Red Chilly Powder:    1/4th Tsp

Mustard seed:    1 Tsp

Curry leaves:    5 - 6 Leaves

Red Chilly: 1-2 long chopped

Urad gram:    1/2 Tsp

Asafoetida(hing) : a pinch

Method

Add Groundnut, garlic,
water and salt in a grinder and grind. Add little water if required. Pour it to the bowl.

Heat Oil. Add Mustard seed let them splutter. Add red chillies, curry leaves, Asafoetida and switch off the flame. Then add red chilly powder.

Season the groundnut chutney with our delicious seasoning.
